Pastor

Dear Brother in Christ,

URGO Ministries reflects the calling, burden, and ministry experience of George Jobel. I was educated at Baptist Bible College, now Union University, in Springfield, Missouri. I pastored three Independent Fundamental Baptist churches before entering a long and difficult season following the dissolution of my marriage. For nearly 30 years, I carried sorrow and woundedness; yet in His mercy, God broke through that grief and reminded me of the truth of Luke 12:48a: “For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required.”

Since early 2023, I have worshiped and served at Granite State Baptist Church in Concord, New Hampshire, under the leadership of Dr. Peter Chamberland, as the Lord has continued to restore my testimony and deepened my desire to serve. I would be honored for the opportunity to be a blessing to you and your congregation.
